Thank you Daughters
Today was CBS Bible study thursday. We brought yummies to share and were asked last week to share a special Valentine Day memory. Well, I have many, but this one is dear to our hearts and loving memories from our daughters from a Valentine Day (anniversary #30)in 2000. Our oldest daughter was at the time living in Okinawa, Japan with hubby and grandsons, our youngest with her family living in Phoenix. My husband and I had planned to go to Phoenix for the weekend and we were out to dinner with family and at dinner were presented with a lovely framed picture of our wedding day. The frame is silver and engraved with the year at the top "30 Years What an Inspiration" , hearts all around the frame and Love Lisa and Susan on the bottom. Well, we treasure that and there were oohs and aahs at Bible study today. So precious are our daughters to us, thank you for the gift, we will always love you both and as we dine out tonight for year 38 ( we decided to go out tonight) early about 4:30) we will make a toast to you. On the funny side, we had major plumbling problems this week with the kitchen sink, so we got that done about an hour ago, and the chocolate cake did not get baked, well, couldn't get the oven to light!!!!! sometimes the sensor doesn't sense!! Oh, but the box of chocolates are in the living room!!!!! Hope you all have a great day. Thank you Jesus for my husband, children, grandchildren, friends, life is better, like the song says, "Everyday with Jesus is sweeter than the day before, everyday with Jesus I love Him more and more, fills my every longing, keeps me singing as I go." Love Nana C

Glad you had a good day.
My hubby surprised me with a big box of chocolates too. Marc and Granpa must have talked or did they really buy them secretly for themselves because they know we will share. Oh well it's thew thought that counts.
Memories are so wonderful, I am so glad you had such a wonderful day. God bless you, love Tanya
Happy Anniversary! May God continue to bless you...individually...and together:)
Lots of love
