God's Strength

Yesterday was a tough one. We all have pulled together, family, friends, our Christian brothers and sisters too, our churches.
I will be flying to Iowa on Sunday to be with our daughter, husband and grandchildren. It is earlier than our date of Thanksgiving weekend. Gary will be here in Hemet and drive to Iowa probably right after Thanksgiving as planned.
Susan and Marc will be at the hospital delivering their baby tomorrow. Susan began spotting yesterday and the baby has passed. She will be in good hands from the Dr., to the hospital and her support of church and friends there in Red Oak. We do not know how or why, only that God has given us his strength.
God is always available, just a silent prayer away, a dropped tear which he wipes for us. Thank all of you for the prayers and support to Susan and Marc.
Our son-in-law Tim will arrive home on Nov. 1st, we are so very happy. Dusty seems to be getting better from his cold and Blane is fighting it. I just spoke to our daughter Lisa, and she is going home to rest, with tummy upset, she does not have a strong immune system. With Tim being home soon, well it will be wonderful.
Psalm 150 says it all: Praise ye the Lord

Psalm 17 is a good one too. we just read it as a family and it sums up everything.
